Procuring SMART Enabled Rental refrigeration from Rental+ and LoweConex has transformed the impact on our estate energy and maintenance efforts. The combined CapEx and Software offering provides us not only with the physical assets we require for our stores, but complete and ongoing visibility in to the performance of those assets and reliable maintenance services should they be required.

Our investment in LoweConex paid off rapidly through significant energy cost savings, providing payback within 18 months. As we set targets to reduce emissions and energy waste, we noticed HVAC was a significant contributor to consumption. LoweConex enabled us to connect those assets in a cost-effective way where BMS was unsuitable, in turn lowering CapEx and enabling scalable two-way control to eliminate energy waste in the estate.
